Designing Targeted Gen Y Activation and Fundraising Campaigns
Master Class - Wednesday 13 April, 8.30am - 12.30pm (Half Day)
With Derrick Feldmann, Achieve, USA
Do you ever wonder why a campaign is so successful with younger donors? What is it that pulls them in to share, connect with their peers and show support for an issue? Here is your chance to understand how to make campaigns that will target activism and support for your organisation.
Derrick will review how to design, present and message your organization to this generation of ‘do gooders.’ He will review how to develop creative campaigns that generate awareness and support for your cause while also building new relationships with millennials.
From unique designs to small changes on your donation pages, you will leave with ideas and tips for your next campaign.
Major learning outcomes include:
- Understanding the various aspects of creative messaging (UVP, Donor Centric, and Usability) for effective youth-oriented campaigns.
- Increasing knowledge on direct mail creative campaign structures for increased response rates.
- Understanding the younger donor approach to fundraising, creative campaigns and action responses.
